New Class Schedule at Martinsville To accommodate Mr. Sieg's teaching schedule at the Universities once the fall semester begins, the Martinsville teaching schedule will be modified starting the week of July 9th. We apologize for the inconvenience from the short notice, and we realize this may interfere with other planned activities such as little league in the near term, but we felt it would minimize disruption to the entire Dance Discovery program if the change occurred when all other classes were in transition. The new schedule will take affect Tuesday July 10th. PLEASE make note Beginner TKD 6:00-6:45 Second TKD class 6:45-7:45 Hapkido 7:45-8:45 Please contact Tracy, Terri or Mr. Sieg with questions or concerns.

New Shoe Policy in Martinsville We realize that the flooring in Martinsville is an issue, a point that you reiterated during the parent conferences. While Dance Discovery looks to remedy the situation, we are amending or shoe policy. While it is not necessarily with tradition, TKD shoes or wrestling shoes will be allowed during classes as a safety option. NO tennis shoes are allowed.

Martinsville students and parents--Thank you. For all your hard work these past few weekends with demos, pictures and recitals. We greatly appreciate your support of the program. Without it, the school cannot remain healthy.

Upcoming Events
July 14th. Jason Winkle will be holding a martial concepts seminar from 1:00-4:00 pm at Broadview Elementary School in Bloomington IN. Cost is 30.00 at the door.
Aug 11th. Battle of Indy tournament. This is an open tournament that draws lots of competitors from all types of styles and runs all day. While it is certainly a spectacle, its competitive atmosphere is not one that GMA tends to actively promote or support. Competition info is available. If you are interested in competing, we recommend that you talk to Mr. Sieg, Mr. Yoshida, or Miss. Dill about what to expect. We do suggest that anyone interested should go and watch and evaluate whether to compete next year. There will be plenty of entertainment from a spectator standpoint.
Aug 18th-19th. Dr. Tao will be holding a Tai Chi Chuan push hands workshop in Bloomington sponsored by New School Tai Chi Chuan. TTCA Testing.
As stated before, we are negotiating to have a testing in Martinsville in late July. There is also a testing scheduled for late August 19th in Jasper.

Jennifer Stanley was recently named 2nd runner up in the Miss Indiana contest.

Mr. Yoshida and Miss Thompson on the breaking in of their new home as they prepare for their big day.
